The Mileage Plan Shopping Program (“Program”) is operated by Advantex Marketing International Inc. ("Advantex") , enabling members of the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan program to earn Mileage Plan Miles (“Miles Benefit”) on purchases at participating merchant s . The Program and Miles Benefit are made available strictly on an “as is” basis – Advantex does not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You acknowledge that Advantex has no control over and is not responsible for the content of, or claims made on, participating merchants' web sites. The terms, conditions, warranties, and representations associated with any dealings between you and a participating merchant of the Program are solely between you and the merchant.

ADVANTEX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE REGARDING THE MATERIALS, GOODS, OR SERVICES ADVERTISED, PROMOTED, OR MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH A MERCHANT PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU AGREE THAT ADVANTEX WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, ANTICIPATED REVENUE, SAVINGS OR GOODWILL, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, OR ANY ERROR OR FAILURE IN AWARDING THE BENEFITS TO YOU, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

Please refer to your Merchants' Web site and your Merchant Contract for all issues relating to the merchant transaction, including but not limited to payment terms, shipping and delivery, taxes, guarantees and warranties, returns and the like.
Even though as stated above, Advantex makes no warranties or cannot take responsibility for fulfilling the transaction between you and the merchant, we will respond to any inquiries that you may make within 90 days. If the need arises and you as a consumer feel that your situation requires arbitration, please email Customer Care to inquire about initiating arbitration procedures.

You agree that Advantex may audit your purchases to verify that transactions were completed and have not been cancelled. You acknowledge that if Advantex suspects fraud, Advantex may investigate and report any evidence, including personally identifiable information, to law enforcement and to the courts in the course of seeking remedies in law or equity.

Advantex is not responsible for your inability to connect to the Internet, log into the Mileage Plan Shopping web site, or to participating merchants' sites.

As an Enrolled Member, you will be entitled to earn the Miles Benefit by making purchases at merchants' Websites under the following rules:

• You must be logged in at the Program web site;
• You must enter merchants' sites through links listed on the Program web site;
• You must complete and remit full payment for your transaction within any session generated when clicking such links;

Advantex reserves the right to reverse the Miles Benefit posted to your account upon notification by the merchant that you did not fulfill the above requirements.

Advantex cannot offer Miles Benefits for purchases made with secondary vendors who are advertised on merchant's web pages, even if those secondary vendors happen to be merchant participating in the Program; in the latter case, you should enter the secondary merchant's site through the direct link found on Program web pages.

The Miles Benefit is earned on purchases less returns, and not on cash advances, fees, interest or payments. Program merchants, partners, rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.
